Firstly, we take great pride in breeding only quality, very well bred Labrador Retrievers since 2001. All of our females & studs used are titled, have proven titled/champion pedigrees for many generations and-are OFA & genetically tested-for healthy puppies with high trainability!

Pricing:

Our pups start at $2200 and go UP in price. Price depends on the breeding pair and AKC registration paperwork wanted with puppy.

HOLDING FEE INFORMATION:

➡️ TIME-FRAME OF OUR BREEDINGS:

We list when our females are supposed to come into heat and tentatively 
to be bred, BUT heat cycles can be unpredictable and when you place
the pre-breeding holding fee on a breeding and the female does not come into heat as scheduled, please understand we can not control Mother Nature.


➡️ WAITLIST FOR OUR PUPPIES:

Our litters are normally sold out before birth or shortly after birth.  We start taking a good faith holding fee to guarantee picking orders on our waitlist before the pair is bred.
So Please get on our list early to guarantee you get a puppy from one of our great litters!

➡️ SECTION ONE:  IS FOR FAMILIES WANTING TO BE PLACED ON OUR WAITLIST PRIOR TO THE LITTER BEING BORN:  

•A NON-Refundable good faith holding fee of $100 is required to secure a spot on our waitlist prior to the pair being bred: this is not the full deposit to hold a AKS puppy.

*We do not take holding fees on specific shades of yellow, we only take holding fees on the standard Labrador colors: Black, Yellow & Chocolate.*

•This good faith holding fee of $100 is ONLY REFUNDABLE: 

1. ONLY if the breeding does not take:  producing no puppies 
2. ONLY if the gender/color you reserved is not born…BUT 
The good faith holding fee can also be transferred to another pup in the same litter if available or a future litter of ours.

IMPORTANT….Once the $100 holding fee is made and in the case of a family backing out/changing mind for any reason, the holding fee is NON-REFUNDABLE only transferable to one of my future litters of your choice!*


➡️ SECTION TWO: ONCE THE LITTER IS BORN:

TOTAL holding fee to reserve a AKS puppy: ranges from $350 to $500 (this price includes the $100 pre-breeding good faith deposit).

•Once a litter is born and the gender/color you are reserving is born: the remainder of the holding fee is due on your new AKS puppy:

•Example: The price below is the total puppy price and example of the holding fee balances.
(Puppy price depends on litter & AKC registration , contact me for pricing).


EXAMPLE: 
👉🏻Paid the good faith holding fee: $100
👉🏻Once pups are born: $300 holding fee balance due. 
TOTAL HOLDING FEE: $400 

 👉🏻Total in CASH ONLY on pickup: $1800
👉🏻TOTAL puppy price: $2200 


•Once the total holding fee deposit was paid in full after the birth of the litter: $350-$500 is ONLY REFUNDABLE:

1. if pup does not survive 
2. does not pass their 7 week old vet checkup:

Your Options to the above: 
1. Choose a different gender/color from the same litter if a puppy is available 
2. Have your holding fee refunded minus the $100 pre-holding fee
3. Apply the entire holding fee to a future litter of your choice
*Other than described above, holding fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.*

 

IMPORTANT….Once the total holding fee is made and in the case of a family backing out/changing mind, the holding fee is NON-REFUNDABLE only transferable to one of my future litters of your choice!*


PAYMENT INFORMATION: 

•We take personal checks, money orders, certified bank check, Cashapp, Zelle or Venmo for the deposits ONLY!
There are no fee’s when using the pay app options mentioned, unless you do buyer protection, we do not cover this and must be paid by buyer on your end of the transaction!


•We only except CASH for the balance of your new AKS pup when picked up at 7-8 weeks old, NO EXCEPTIONS OR if the puppy is being shipped at 8 weeks old, full payment for puppy and all vet & shipping expenses MUST be paid and cleared by a Certified Bank Check ONLY!



➡️ SECTION THREE:  IF WE HAVE OLDER PUPS AVAILABLE OR PICKS AVAILABLE FROM A LITTER: 

We require the full holding fee to hold the older puppy or a puppy pick from a litter until he/she is picked up by their new family: depending on litter the holding fee is: $350-$500 and deducted from the total price quoted for the puppy. 
Cash ONLY for the balance of the puppy pickup!

•Older puppy holding fee:
is ONLY refundable if the puppy passes away or gets sick before pickup, otherwise the good faith holding fee is non-refundable once made on a puppy, but can be transferred to another puppy/litter at a later date!

•If for some reason on arrival and the available older puppy is not a good fit for you the good faith holding fee is refundable OR transferable to another one of our litters at a later date.
Refund will be AFTER the future sale of the puppy (this could take weeks+).


➡️ IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: 

We do not allow visitors here while we have newborn puppies on the ground!

I can not take any chances that someone may track something here that may harm the litter. 

I'm on a pretty strict protocol now with my litters, about 10 years ago I let visitors here and my litter got very sick, to find out they visited other breeders and visited other locations with dogs the same day they came here!

That simple visit almost costed me the whole litter. 

➡️ I post pictures and videos of the pups on my 5 star/recommend Facebook page twice weekly until they leave for there new homes at 7-8 weeks old. 

➡️ALL puppy buyers will be scheduled to pick there own puppy in the order deposits were received on pickup weekend (7-8 weeks old).

If you want to meet my females, that is no problem as long as the female is not pregnant or if we have pups are on the ground. 

*ALL VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, WHEN WE HAVE NO NEWBORNS PUPS! PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO OUR ''HOME" UNANNOUNCED*
