HOLDING FEE INFORMATION:


•Litter availability: 

Time-frame of breeding: 

We list when our females are supposed to come into heat and tentatively 
to be bred, BUT heat cycles can be unpredictable and when you place
the pre-breeding holding fee on a breeding and the female does not come into heat as scheduled, please understand we can not control Mother Nature.


•Waiting list for our puppies: 

Are typically established before birth and on most occasions even prior to breeding. Please Contact Us if you have questions about any of our planned breeding's or would like to be put on our waiting list.


• "Pre-Breeding" NON-Refundable holding fee of $100: 

*We do not take holding fees on specific shades, we only take holding fees on the standard Labrador colors: Black, Yellow & Chocolate.*

This good faith holding fee is required if you would like to secure a place on the wait list prior to the pair being bred. This is not the full holding fee and is NON REFUNDABLE, but can be transferred to another one of OUR Future Litters of your choice.•This holding fee is ONLY REFUNDABLE  if the breeding does not take:  producing no puppies or the gender/color you want to reserve is not born

•The reminder of the full holding fee is due after the puppies are born if the pre-breeding holding fee was paid: 

Total holding fee to reserve a AKS puppy: ranges from $350 to $450 (this price includes the $100 pre-breeding good faith deposit).

•Once a litter is born and the gender/color you are reserving is born, the remainder of the holding fee is due on your new AKS puppy. 
Once the holding fee is received, this holding fee is only refundable if:  The puppy you reserved does not survive.
Otherwise the holding fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

These are your options to the above only
1) Choose a different gender/color
2) Have your holding fee returned
{the pre-breeding holding fee is NON-REFUNDABLE  if it was paid before the litter was born only transferable to another one of our future litters of your choice}
3) Apply the entire holding fee to a future litter

Other than described above, holding fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.


➡️ If you place a holding fee on a puppy that the litter is already born:
The holding fee is non-refundable but can be transferred to another future litter unless the puppy you reserve passes away then the holding fee can be: transferred to another gender/color in the same litter, will be refunded or transferred to another future litter. Otherwise the holding fee is non-refundable!


•We take personal checks, money orders, certified bank check, PayPal, Zelle, Venmo for the deposits, if using PayPal add $7.50 per $100 you pay or Friends & Family option is free no fees. Their are no fee’s when using the other pay options mentioned, unless you do buyer protection, we do not cover this and must be paid by buyer on your end of the transaction!


•We only except CASH when you pick up your new puppy at 8 weeks old, NO EXCEPTIONS, or if the puppy is being
shipped at 8 weeks old, full payment for puppy and all vet & shipping expenses MUST be paid and cleared by Zelle or Certified Bank Check.



➡️ IMPORTANT PLEASE READ: 

We do not allow visitors here while we have newborn puppies on the ground!

I can not take any chances that someone may track something here that may harm the litter. 

I'm on a pretty strict protocol now with my litters, about 10 years ago I let visitors here and my litter got very sick, to find out they visited other breeders and visited other locations with dogs the same day they came here!

That simple visit almost costed me the whole litter. 

➡️ I post pictures and videos of the pups on my 5 star/recommend Facebook page twice weekly until they leave for there new homes at 7-8 weeks old. 

➡️ALL puppy buyers will be scheduled to pick there own puppy in the order deposits were received on pickup weekend (7-8 weeks old).

If you want to meet my females, that is no problem as long as no pups are on the ground. 

*ALL VISITS ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, WHEN WE HAVE NO NEWBORNS PUPS! PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP TO OUR ''HOME" UNANNOUNCED*
